Reports To: Director of Sales

 

Z57 has 10 years of success in providing Internet marketing solutions to Real Estate clients nationwide.  We are currently seeking a qualified Inside Sales Manager to join our team and play a role in helping us build a great company!

 

Objective:

Develop and manage a telesales team that exceeds sales targets through the sale of website development and Internet marketing services to real estate professionals.

 

Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for the development and management of a 12 + person telesales team. Duties will include hiring, training, and managing sales representatives who are responsible for the sale of the Z57’s product line. The sales process includes sales lead generation, cold calling of prospects, online sales presentations, order writing and submission, results tracking and projections and other responsibilities.

Requirements:1 year+ outbound sales management experience Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies to achieve goals Prior sales training and sales development a plusMust be able to teach advanced selling. Recommended background in sales training by Hopkins, Gitomer, Tracy, Rackham, Robbins or others a plus.Proven track record and appetite for phone based selling High energy, motivated leader with a positive attitude Strong work ethic with a "whatever it takes" attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Internet Savvy Marketing and/or Real Estate experience a plusAbility to prioritize and multi-taskFlexibility to work additional hours when neededAbility to develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies to achieve goalsCompensationCompetitive Salary plus Bonus Opportunities!Medical, Dental & 401KEnergetic & Rewarding Environment
