HR Assistant

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Assistant to join and support our growing Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:General HR administrative work with an emphasis on Recruiting and Benefits Support Sr. Dir. of HRAnswer phones Manage calendarBenefitsSend benefit packets to new employees Assist in benefit enrollment Data entry into HRIS system Maintain 401k wires/loans spreadsheet Update forms/maintain supplyRecruitingAssist in logging all resumes Resume screening/phone screening Scheduling interviewsAssist in the maintenance of employee files and records Helps to maintain various employee reports/spreadsheets Process departmental check requests/expense reports Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will possess:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. 2-5 years experience in Human Resources Department Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically excel/word/access Ability to learn quickly and prioritize continuously Must be detail oriented and well organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills High standard of integrity and reliabilityPositive personal dispositionTeamwork oriented
