Full and Part Time Leasing Consultant Wanted!

Looking for an upbeat, motivated, and positive individual to join our company as a Leasing Consultant.  We now have an openings for a full time position in Piermont, NY and a part time position in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Must be sales and goal oriented.  This candidate must be familiar with property management and its concepts, practices, and procedures.  They must also possess excellent organizational skills, be detailed oriented, and have the ability to exercise good judgement and apply initiative.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: rent collection, leasing apartments, processing renewals, resident services, processing applications, administrative duties, information reporting, and compliance with company policies.
