Full Time Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a (3) Full Time Customer Service Representative to fill the 2nd shift in our Boston branch based in Woburn, MA to respond professionally to customer service calls and emails, resolve complex customer issues and perform other tasks as requested.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

* Respond to customer service requests via (Telephone and Email) professionally, efficiently and accurately

* Perform additional tasks as requested

 

***Mandatory (1) weekend shift required with a day off during the week***

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Outstanding telephone customer service skills

* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor consistently and expedite calls accurately

* Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Solomon preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

* At least two years inbound call center experience

* Some college coursework preferred

* Fluent in Spanish a plus


* Professional and reliable candidates only
