FACILITY COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a Facility Coordinator to support our team at our client site in Jacksonville, FL. The Facility Coordinator provides primary administrative support to the Area Manager, performing moderately complex administrative and clerical duties requiring detailed analysis, some individual judgment, and a sound knowledge of company and/or organizational procedures related to the work performed. FACILITY COORDINATOR – Jacksonville, FL Responsibilities: Respond to client questions and fact-finds resolutions to problems May serve as a customer interface for system user referrals Contact other departments and occasionally other companies for information and arranges for corrective action Enter, retrieve and manipulate information from various computer and operational support systems Prepare, maintain and conduct analysis of various reports, records and/or work schedules Research and resolve discrepancies Determine specific course of action to be taken based upon detailed analysis Process vouchers and time reports records Willingness and ability to perform other duties as reasonably assigned and appropriate for the skill set Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience required in a corporate environment or as a third party service provider Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and ability to complete word processing tasks (correspondence, reports, memos, proposals, charts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) Demonstrated intermediate to advanced written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal communications skills, including listening; Able to work independently with minimal supervision Can prioritize and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner Show good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software may be required Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
