Executive Director

Immediate opportunity exists for a seasoned senior housing or hospitality professional at The Barrington, an upscale 149 unit independent and assisted living community. As our Executive Director, the selected service-oriented individual will successfully oversee and manage the day to day operation of this community. Responsibilities include: hiring, training, managing and motivating the management staff and employees, effectively managing the facility's budget and cash flow, and ensuring resident satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and quality of product in accordance with established operational standards and state regulations.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Hospitality Management or related field and a minimum of 4+ years related (senior housing Executive Director or upscale full service hotel General Manager) management experience. Computer proficiency, solid management skills and the ability to lead a team required.

Preference will also be given to candidates local to the Largo area as relocation is not provided and local market knowledge is preferred.
