This vacancy offers an excellent, temporary employment opportunity for an individual who demonstrates positive professionalism in the performance of various administrative support functions. The chosen candidate will support the VP in the Human Resources Department of a large organization in the Real Estate Industry. Some of the basic duties will include managing a busy, executive calendar, utilizing Microsoft Outlook, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, typing letters, memos and general correspondence, creating and manipulating spreadsheets, and extensive assistance with presentation materials. The successful candidate in this high-profile role will have previous experience supporting senior-level management, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
