ENTRY LEVEL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
JOB/OBJECTIVE:
Established company is looking to hire interviewers to do short phone survey on commercial real estate properties throughout the United States .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn about commercial real estate in a professional environment.Telemarketing, Phone and/or Survey experience a plus but not required.No experience necessary as extensive training is provided for full time employment.Business-to-business phone calls to collect data - not selling anything!College degree is preferred but not required.Advancement opportunities are available.Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm -Competitive salary $27k-$30k in 1st year.Midtown Manhattan location close to all forms of transportation.Excellent benefits package: medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, very generous paid-time-off policy, tuition reimbursement, gym membership reimbursement, etc.Must have and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States if hired by Reis.We are an equal opportunity employer (EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V).
