GSL Properties, Inc. is looking for an experienced District Property Manager to join our team!

Must be able to supervise a portfolio of 8-10 properties of 1500+ units.

Minimum of 5 years site experience and 2 years supervisory experience.Â

Must have experience with staff management, eSite, Section 42, financial management of property, be able to analyze market conditions and asset operation to maximize revenue, as well as have effective written and oral commuication skills.

IREM designations are a plus!Â The canidate will be self-sufficient, demonstrate substantial initiation and be able to perform and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Some travel is required.Â Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
