Director of Marketing

Boylan Companies, a prominent, well known and very successful real estate company located in downtown Raleigh is seeking a highly qualified Director of Marketing to manage the entire marketing process for each division of the company, supporting the acquisition of long-term, quality clients through the design, production and placement of media messages and the quantifiable implementation of lead generation systems. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop the lead generation strategy, including the lead generation budget for each company and/or project

 

· Increase the attractiveness and value of the company as perceived by customers, investors, vendors and employees; evaluate performance and effectiveness of systems for lead generation. 

· Report and make recommendations to the President. 

· Recruit, hire and train personnel for department as well as evaluate their performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

· 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role

· Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Proven leads generation success

· Real estate experience desirable
