DIRECTOR, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

 

Cencor Realty Services is a leading commercial management and development firm.  Together with our sister company, The Weitzman Group, we offer a full range of commercial real estate services.

 

Cencor has an immediate opening for a Director of Property Management in our Houston office, which is located in the Galleria area.

 

Current portfolio consists of 17 retail properties totaling approximately 2 million square feet.  Position will include hands-on property management as well as supervision of property management staff.

 

This position is responsible for full property management, financial analysis, operational reporting, maintenance, rental collection and budgets.  Previous retail property management experience required.  Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service skills and professionalism under pressure required.  College degree also required.  Knowledge of MRI software and CPM designation or candidacy preferred.
