Description:Creates and distributes standardized marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, maps, advertising, postcards, presentations, proposals, and press releases. Write and edit text, create graphics to accompany text for lease analysis and proposals, convert photographs and drawings into digital images, design page layouts, create proposals, develop presentations and advertising campaigns, typeset and do color separation, and translate electronic information onto file or other traditional forms.Types notes, correspondence, proposals, and marketing materials. Scans various images and places scan images into proper layout format for brochures, flyers, and proposals.Prepares presentation slides using special templates.Works on additional special marketing projects.Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. Coordinates the work to be completed but is not responsible for formal supervision of employees.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal group. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.REASONING ABILITYAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
