Answer incoming service requests from all business units.Generate and dispatch work orders.Handle and follow up with customer inquiries and complaints.Update MAXIMO customer service database and spreadsheets.Retrieve all after-hour work order requests from voicemail.Run, review and distribute various weekly and monthly reports.Assist with training of new hires and temporary employees.Your career is only possibilities.Qualifications:Demonstrate your fine writing and verbal communication abilities.
