Corporate Real Estate, National Account Manager
A national service provider of corporate real estate services is searching for a key team player who will help drive our performance on a new major national account. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is passionate about their work, skilled in commercial lease negotiation and transaction management. Our national client roster is growing and our role is expanding with both current and new clients in advising them on structuring and implementing lease negotiation strategies. Most of our projects are for major national or regional clients across various industry sectors where we interface with the middle and senior levels of Corporate Real Estate.Â

The ideal candidate will:
·     Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·     Be intuitive, creative, detail-oriented and highly organized
·     Work independently and in a team environment with a positive attitudeÂ
·     Possess proven skills in managing the commercial lease transaction process efficiently for multiple locations simultaneously across the country
·     Be skilled in negotiating with landlords and brokers
·     Have the ability to analyze and interpret market data, implement negotiation strategy and make client recommendations
·     Interface with and advise Corporate Real Estate clients from project start to completion
·     Have expertise in drafting RFPs proposals and providing lease comments
·     Have a strong understanding of standard concepts, practices and procedures of the corporate real estate field as well as commercial lease clauses
·     Have experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
·     Possess strong presentation skills
·     Experience working in a Corporate Real Estate Department, or with one as a service provider to one

 CREDENTIALS
·     Bachelor's degree - preferably in business, accounting, real estate or economics
·     2-4 years of Commercial lease negotiation experience is required either in a corporate real estate environment or as a service provider.
