Construction Project Engineer

An exciting opportunity to be a part of the team with a major Los Angeles Developer - one of a kind projects.

 Commercial experience as a Project Engineer.

 Assists in the preparation of the punch list and project closeout.

 Prepares a weekly Owner's Status Report.

 Reviews Owner's Status Report with the Project Manager before sending to the Owner's.

 Performs job walks.

 Photographs site conditions and prepares daily reports.

 Reviews shop drawings for coordination with construction documents.

 Responsible for tracking the flow of all RFIs, substitution requests, change proposals, and change order logs daily.

 Responsible for tracking submittals and reviews these with the Project Manager for direction.

 Works closely with the Vice President of Commercial Construction, Construction Manager and the Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of documentation are being delivered at the highest level so that the Field Operations has the necessary consultant approval to construct the project.

lOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL THAT IS CONFIDENT AND ENERGETIC, AND HAS A STRONG DESIRE TO LEARN AND DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS. MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF THE PROJECT MANAGER(S).
