Due to expansion and growth, we are currently seeking to add a Regional Sales Director to our Sales Team.  This position is highly visible and will report directly to the Vice President of Broker Sales.  Key responsibilities for the Regional Sales Director include:

  Building Deep Partnerships with the leading Residential Real Estate Companies in the market Taking responsibility for the growth and success of Listingbook in this market Ensuring Company Revenue and System Usage goals are met Developing an expert knowledge of Listingbook.  Both in usage, and especially in benefits to those in the real estate industry Presenting the benefits of Listingbook to groups of brokers and agents Suggesting system enhancements to support Listingbook’s continuous improvement goals

 

We seek an individual who is recognized as a leader in Connecticut’s Real Estate Industry.  A strong and extensive knowledge of the local Real Estate Market, including established working relationships with key real estate brokers is a must.   Strong presentation skills a must.  Experience in Complex Selling a plus.
