We are currently seeking a Community Manager for our Meetinghouse Senior community in Milwaukee.
The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property and for training all site personnel. They are also responsible for maximizing occupancy, collections, physical appearance and resident relations, and for establishing and maintaining visibility, professionalism and rapport. Qualifications include 3 to 5 years of management experience, as well as experience working with Seniors. Section 42/Market/Tax Credit, MS Office, and Yardi experience is preferred.
