Community Association/Condominium Manager

Condominium Property Management Company seeks bright, energetic, thorough and experienced person for single on-site Community Manager (400+ units).  This position is an exempt, full-time position working Monday through Friday.

 

Qualifications

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)

·         Knowledge of general construction and property maintenance industry

·         Experience in property management

·         Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Communicate with condominium association’s Board of Directors on all issues related to the operation of the Association.  Implement board policies.

·         Assist in development of contract specifications and scope of work for maintenance proposals.  Administer contracts with selected vendors.

·         Assist in processing insurance claims

·         Address co-owner and tenant inquiries about Association maintenance responsibilities and administrative matters.  Initiate correspondence with co-owners on Association policies, maintenance issues, clubhouse rentals, violations of restrictions, and other administrative matters.

·         Administer work orders from residents. Verify responsibility, assign to association’s vendors and/or Association’s maintenance personnel, and follow-up on all open items.  Maintain Association records.

·         Recruit, hire and manage all Association personnel, including maintenance, office, clubhouse and pool staff (5 full-time and 14 seasonal)

·         Conduct periodic inspections of the condominium site to detect maintenance deficiencies and/or violations of restrictions

·         Other administrative duties
