Communications Associate

The National Association of REALTORS®, “The Voice for Real Estate,â€� and America’s largest trade association involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries, representing 1.3 million members (including NAR’s institutes, societies and councils) is seeking a Communications Associate  to work in our Conventions department. 

 
 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES (NOT ALL INCLUSIVE):

The Convention Communications Associate develops and produces advance and onsite print and electronic communications for major NAR meetings; Responsible for developing and posting content on Realtor.org web site's Conference section; writes, formats, and manages electronic communications to attendee prospects and registrants; analyzes and reports attendee demographics and results; and staffs Information/Registration Desks at NAR's two major meetings.

 
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS):

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar education/experience.  Strong experience in editing, copy research, copy writing, art direction, and print production for publications.  Superior proof reading skills.  Strong data analysis skills and facility with excel data management.  Experience with Web content management and other electronic and Internet communications.
