Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent

Growing, locally owned, Denver commercial real estate company seeks motivated and professional commercial leasing agent to lease and manage commercial property in an expanding area portfolio. Requirements: • Undergraduate degree, marketing major or related disciplines an advantage • Colorado real estate license • Good communication and marketing skills • 1-5 years working experience, preferably in office/industrial sales and/or leasing • Property management experience an added advantage• Existing income property ownership or desire to own propertyYou will be responsible for leasing/marketing/management of industrial, retail, office and/or multi-family properties and providing quality tenant service and liaison. This will involve planning, preparing and negotiating proposals and leases, tenant finish, market analysis, and soliciting new business from both building owners and tenants.
