An opportunity is available in our Long Beach office. We represent owners in the acquisition and disposition of income producing property including apartments, shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, mobile home parks, and self storage facilities.
We offer an excellent career for individuals looking to be free of fixed salaries, periodic raises and inadequate bonuses. Our proven business plan has developed a diverse group of talented and motivated people; we provide an entrepreneurial environment with a perfect balance of strong corporate support and training.
Candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. The best are accomplishment driven, consistently setting and achieving high goals.
This is a unique opportunity to enter the commercial real estate industry and learn the business from the best of the best in our Long Beach office. Your business plan would include market research, business development, underwriting and assisting with the marketing of properties.
Six figure incomes are common in an agent's first to second year and top performers historically have achieved high six and low seven figure annual incomes. Your next step is to contact me by phone, email, or fax. Real estate license not required for interview.
