Brickpoint Properties is a regional owner and operator of commercial real estate.  We are currently seeking a commercial property manager to oversee portfolio of properties located primarily on the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire.  Based in Malden, the candidate will: Prepare and execute annual operating and capital budgets for all managed properties. Operate independently with maintenance staff, vendors and all facets of property operations. Coordinate tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. Assist in the leasing & marketing of vacancies. Review financial statements and prepare monthly variances and quarterly reports. Maintain positive relationships with tenants. 

Requirements:

 

·         4-yr college degree preferred

·         Minimum 3-5 years commercial property management experience

·         Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Competent computer skills that include MS Office, spreadsheets, e-mail, and Internet use
