New York Cityâ€™s most prestigious real estate conglomerate seeks 3 + yrs diversified commercial leasing administration. Proven ability to work with tenants and interpret and administer commercial real estate leases. Oversee wide range of unique lease agreements for all properties. Review each lease, maintain database. Prepare tenant reconciliation billings for real estate taxes, operating expenses, etc. Prepare monthly reports on status of commercial tenants.
