Clubhouse Attendant

KEY DELIVERABLES/SCOPE: Summary of primary job duties and responsibilitiesThe Clubhouse Attendant is the primary liaison who will ensure all resort Owners and their guests have a safe and hospitable clubhouse experience, predominantly working during peak seasonal times (i.e., weekends, holidays and special events).* Promptly responds to Owners and their guests requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns* Accommodates groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction* Monitors and ensures a safe and compliant environment* Ensures procedures are followed and proper controls for securing pool, fitness and lounge areas* Resolves problems proactively and promptly communicates any problem areas to management team* Follows and adheres to CHG standard operations guidelinesABILITIES & SKILLS: The Clubhouse Attendant is a dynamic resource and exemplifies customer service.* Able to lift 20+ lbs.* Prolonged standing and walking* Willingness to work outdoors in summer climates* Minimal cleaning (i.e., sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and wiping down pool furniture)* Able to listen actively and work collaboratively; great interpersonal skills* Communicates effectively both orally and in writing* Develops and maintains strong relationships with owners * Exhibits flexibility, resourcefulness and creativity, with the ability to take initiative* Works hand-in-hand with management team, associates, vendors, etc.* Ability to work independently and within a team environmentPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:* Outgoing, energetic professional* Able and willing to work various shifts, primarily on weekends, holidays and special events* Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills* People-person; relates well with public* Strong communication skills* Overall knowledge of Flagler County area (e.g., restaurants, shopping, attractions)* Hands-on & flexibleEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:* Experience in a customer service environment* Fluency in English required
