Help our company be a leader in the Real Estate industry by acting as the Client Relations & Sales Assistant who supports sales consultants and sales managers; maintains customer database; forwards daily action summaries and samples; places out-bound calls to prospective clients, and follow-up with clients; track conversion ratio.

Qualifications

Proven ability to compose memos, correspondence, agreements, and other professional documents.

Keys quantitative and qualitative data with speed and accuracy into the computer. (6,000 ksph with 5% or less error rate)

Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

Experience informing clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs.

Delivers superior customer service.

Understands the interplay of cultural, socio-economic, personal, or psychological factors that influence consumer behavior.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.

PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Emphasizes personal and professional growth. Keeps knowledge and skills current.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
