Chief Engineer -- Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking qualified candidates to interview for the position of Maintenance Supervisor for a luxury, high-rise, mixed-use building in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. This building is new-construction and has both residential units and high-end retail space.   To be qualified, you must have at least 7 years experience in building maintenance with at least 2 full years as a chief engineer or maintenance supervisor.  You must be HVAC certified and must be proficient working on chiller-type AC units.  You must be professional in appearance and demeanor and have experience managing a maintenance staff.
