We are currently seeking a Chief Engineer to join our office located in New Castle, DE. CHIEF ENGINEER – New Castle, DE Responsibilities: Manage on-site operationsOperate major equipment including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, water treatment and related ancillary equipmentDisplay knowledge of electrical distribution systems; building automation systems, pneumatic controls, blue print reading Requirements: Associates degree is preferred or comparable work related experiencesMinimum of 10 years demonstrated advancement in the field of building engineering operationsExperience in engineering staff supervision and management, evaluation, training and career and performance counselingAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to assist in the development of both expense and capital budgetsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
