National builder is currently seeking a self motivated, enthusiastic new home sales professional with a proven track record for meeting and exceeding performance goals. With customer service as a top priority, a prime candidate would have the ability to demonstrate the homes designs and features to a potential buyer while establishing a lasting repore. Together with our corporate team, this individual will be able to meet and exceed their own personal goals.

Job Responsibilities Include: Communicate effectively to buyers during the building process of their new home to strive for 100% customer satisfaction Generate excitement by identifying a home buyers needs and matching them with their ideal home. Perform and maintain a competitive market analysis Provide confidence with prospective homebuyer's through selling of our features and benefits. Organize time to succeed in sales while generating new business at all times. Utilize a contact management system Computer proficient in Microsoft Office is a requirement Organize time to succeed in sales while generating new business at all times Work a 5 day work week including all weekends.
