COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR High quality real estate appraisal firm seeks technically minded commercial administrative coordinator. Prerequisites for qualified candidates include prior customer service experience in addition to proficiency in the following areas: computer skills (including MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel), multi-line phone systems, multi-tasking within deadlines, knows the importance in getting the job done right, ability to work with others in a team environment. Industry experience and college degree a plus. Health benefits and 401K eligibility included.
