Dallas-based Corporate Capital and Development (CCD) is an innovative privately held real estate investment firm specializing in:DevelopmentSale LeasebackAcquisitions Asset ManagementDispositions

CCD is currently seeking a driven and focused individual to join the team in the role of business development manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:Contact owners and ownerâ€™s representatives to seek out build-to-suit and sale/leaseback opportunities.Lead generation through networking, research and cold calling.Track progress and develop strategies to obtain new business.Developing relationships within the real estate community.

Candidate Requirements:Bachelorâ€™s Degree3 years of business to business sales experience.Knowledge of real estate fundamentals and practices.Motivated, goal-oriented and analytical.
