Building Maintenance Engineer - Office

We are conducting a search for a Building Maintenance Engineer for a commercial office property located in Buckhead in Atlanta, Ga.  The successful candidate will be working for an innovative private real estate investment firm also located in Atlanta, Ga. 

 

Our client feels Building Maintenance Engineers are a critical member of their team.  They are responsible for keeping their buildings in top-notch condition and representing their organization to their tenants.  This challenging position includes:

  Giving tenants exceptional service Proactively identifying building requirements Managing work orders and time Completing hands-on, technical maintenance projects Monitoring a budget Overseeing vendors and inventory Problem solving and troubleshooting

 

Requirements:

  Warm, friendly, service-oriented personality Two (2) or more years of commercial office building maintenance and/or engineering experience Ability to handle electrical and plumbing maintenance and repair Some knowledge of HVAC High energy, this is a busy, hands-on job Self-motivated and hard-working Ability to be on-call some weekends on a rotating schedule Basic Computer Skills Valid Driver's License
