Company: Realogy CorporationLocation: Maryland Heights, MO 63043Status: Full Time, EmployeeJob Category: IT/Software DevelopmentCompany: Realogy Corporation Branch Technician/Desktop Support Technician Dekstop Support Specialist, Realogy IT (St. Louis area) This position provides Hardware and Software support for multiple offices in St Louis area.  Hardware support includes multiple equipment types (IBM, Lenovo, HP, Dell).  Software support includes Microsoft products (MS Windows, MS Office) and some real-estate specific applications.  Also includes basic support functions such as assisting users logging in to various apps, fixing printer jams, etc. Job Responsibilities include the following: Assisting real estate agents with connecting their laptops to our office network (wired or wireless) and install printer drivers for them when necessary. Demonstrating how to use software when agents/employees do not understand how it works. Software installation/upgrade as required on branch office PCs Provide agent and staff training for different technology and software packages Travel is required between branch offices, typically 3-5 offices per day in the St. Louis areaMinimum Requirements: Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, TCP/IP networks Current certifications in Microsoft Windows and other MS Systems, Network certification 3+ years of help desk experience Excellent time management skills Oral and Written communication skills required at advanced levels Must be able to carry/transport computer equipment between offices as necessary (ie. PCs, monitors, printers, etc) Valid Driver's License and own transportation (mileage is reimbursed)
