Banquet Server
Exclusive Private Dining Club in Westwood is looking for knowledgeable and experienced Banquet Servers.
Abilities/Knowledge Requirements
- Banquet experience or off site catering experience
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and maintain professional demeanor
- Cocktail knowledge a plus
- Alcohol knowledge a plus
- Ability to suggest classical wine and food pairings
- Beverage service knowledge - ability to demonstrate an understanding of different service situations
- Understanding of French Classical Cooking a plus
- Ability to describe differences in methods of preparing and cooking food a plus
- Practical experience using a touch screen point of sales systems
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures as set by company
- Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written; additional language proficiencies a plus
- Ability to execute 4-Diamond a la carte dining service
