Woodbury, Long Island based real estate organization owning in excess of 4.5 million square feet of office space is looking for a full time bookkeeper. The firm seeks an organized, detail-oriented individual who will act as a true professional. The candidate is to be highly detail oriented with 5 plus years experience in office building real estate.

Essential Functions:

Accounts ReceivablesEntering tenant lease information and lease modificationsCalculating percentage allocation of construction and management billsDaily depositsMonthly tenant rent billingBill real estate taxes and electric escalationInteract with Tenants

Accounts PayableDate entry of invoices Check runsFilingInteract with vendors

Specific Knowledge:

Must have in depth experience with Microsoft based software application programs such as Word and Excel. Experience with IBS and or Timberline is a plus.
