Audio Visual Coordinator

Description:Verifies all audio-visual system readiness and delivers equipment to all conference/meeting rooms.Conducts routine inspections of all conference/meeting rooms to ensure that equipment is operational. Completes work orders as necessary for any maintenance needs. Provides hands-on support and technical assistance to end-users.Verifies accuracy of equipment inventory and updates as necessary. Ensures equipment is properly labeled and required postings are in place.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
