The Assistant Superintendent helps direct the field operations for construction projects by scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of work with subcontractors and owners, and ensuring the quality of work meets AvalonBay’s standards.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the multi family housing construction industry, and knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance. Computer literacy is a must and preference will be given to candidate with a Degree in Construction Management.
