Assistant Property Manager
Excellent position is now available in a fast growing, Multi-family Real Estate Investment firm for an Assistant Community Director. Madison Apartment Group, L.P. (“Madison”) is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 22,000+ units and is located throughout the US.
This team member will be accountable for the accurate and timely reporting/posting of rental and other income as well as weekly invoices using the company authorized accounting system for Madison @ Butternut Ridge located in N. Olmsted, OH.
The Assistant Community Director must have previous management and/or real estate accounting experience/education are recommended. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required as well as a proven track record sourced by a dedicated drive, self-discipline and must be an energetic, organized team player.
