Assistant Needed At Industry's Top Real Estate Firm - Up to $60K + OT

Premier real estate firm needs an Administrative Assistant to take charge of meeting scheduling and stay one step ahead of project timelines alongside a team of dynamic professionals! Come join this firm's Tax department and juggle a variety of fast-paced administrative assignments in this hands-on support role. High level responsibilities in this position include: answering incoming calls for the department and routing to voice mail or to direct lines, booking all necessary reservations for travel plans, hotel stays, and ground transportation, formatting documents and PowerPoint files prior to usage at meetings, following-up on inquiries from federal and state taxing authorities, and working closely with Accounts Payable to process invoices in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
-Highly advanced computer skills to use all MS Office applications
-Bachelor's degree and some financial background is ideal
-4-5+ years of stable experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent follow through capabilities to independently manage and complete projects
