We are currently seeking an Experienced Assistant Managers for two brand new lease up communities in Woodinville and Renton.

Assistant Manager: Primary responsibilities are to assist the Resident Manager in general administration of the property, including, but not limited to, entering all daily activity into the computer, generate reports, post monies and make deposits, assist with move-ins, resident renewals, resident relations, and other projects as assigned by the Manager. Weekend hours usually not required. The ideal applicant will have prior bookkeeping skills with a focus on A/P and A/R. Collections experience a plus!

Our preferred candidate will possess the ability to motivate the staff, excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills are required.
