Assistant Community Manager
Michaels Military Housing is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Andrews AFB. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting in all phases of operation of the property including office administration, leasing, budget preperation and control, as well as supervision of leasing personnel. The Assistant Community Manager will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition.
Qualifications: A minimum of two years of college or equivalent and 5 years in real estate management. A professional attitude in every aspect of his/her work, a positive and enthusiastic attitude being a hallmark of a successful Assistant Community Manager. Knowledge of and experience working with Yardi Software system helpful but not required. Accounting and administrative background. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of the military a plus. Must possess a valid Driver's License and Vehicle. Drug testing required. Criminal background check required.
