2 years of Residential Assistant Manager experience required.
May also consider someone with 3 years of progressive Leasing Professional experience.
Knowledge of the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program preferred.
Yardi Voyager Residential Property Management software experience or similar system experience preferred.
The ideal candidate is organized; detail oriented, a quick learner, comfortable with computers, and is comfortable in a sales environment. This candidate must also enjoy interacting with people just as much as handling paperwork.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Requirements:
As an Assistant Community Director, you will perform duties to assist the Community Director in the operation of the assigned apartment community involving the processing of new LIHTC leases, lease renewals/recertifications, accounting, reporting, resident services, retention activity, and achievement of financial goals. You will also assist the leasing team members as needed.
