Asset Manager

Brandywine Realty Trust, a premier Class A full service commercial real estate company with operations nationwide has an immediate opening for an Asset Manager in our Mount Laurel, NJ office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Â· Portfolio forecasting and analysis supporting asset management, acquisitions and development projects within the NJ/DE region.· Financial analysis, pro forma modeling, and budget management of property that Brandywine is considering acquiring, developing, redeveloping, selling or which it currently owns.· Data collection and production of reporting and analysis tools that may include internal forecasting models, capital projects reports, and other reporting as business needs arise.· Proposed lease deals and renewals review for business sustainability, credit-worthiness, financial viability and operating history.· Perform “what ifâ€� scenarios through extensive use of Excel and Argus financial software modeling.· Develop financial analysis for and assist in the preparation of management presentations.  REQUIREMENTS:  BS degree required; major in finance or accounting preferred; MBA preferred Minimum of  5 to 10  years experience in Real Estate required Excel modeling required Argus financial software modeling preferred Minimum of 2 years relevant financial analysis and real estate valuation experience preferred REIT industry experience preferred Other Required Competencies:  Ability to work in a fact-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Superior customer service, communication and facilitation skills.  Ability to interact in a compelling and persuasive manner across all levels within the organization.
