Our team is looking for the right individual to fill the position. This position will provide you with an exciting and challenging opportunity to utilize your knowledge, experience and talent as a leader in the apartment industry.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES WILL ENCOMPASS:Managing Community Operations including supervision of maintenance, leasing and caretaker team. Financial Reporting including monthly reports, budget reviews with owners, create and maintain annual budget, as well as oversee rent collections each month. Maintain high customer service standards and resident relations Facility management and inspections
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Proven managerial and leadership skills 3+ years experience as a Multi-Family Property Manager Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with Yardi software preferred, but not required
