Administrative/Production Coordinator with Real Estate Experience

HFF operates out of 18 offices nationwide and is a leading provider of commercial real estate and capital market services to the U.S. commercial real estate industry.  HFF offers clients a fully integrated national capital markets platform including debt placement, investment sales, structured finance, private equity, note sale and note sales advisory services and commercial loan servicing.

 

We are looking for an Administrataive/Production Coordinator to join our Dallas, TX office.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities

 

Responsible for administrative and production support including typing correspondence and reports, filing, faxing, making travel arrangements, screening phone calls, preparation of loan request packages and assisting with other duties related to production support.

 

Education and Experience

 

Must be detailed oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.  Knowledge of Windows 95, Word, Excel, and graphics software is required.

 

Requires a minimum of 3 years related administrative experience including previous financial and real estate experience.  High School graduate/ college a plus.
