General administrative duties (faxing, drafting correspondence, phones)
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain order in conference room (before and after meetings)
Order food for meetings when needed
Process expense reports
Ad-hoc projects Â

Accounts Payable Tasks include:
Review invoices for accuracy
Prepare invoices for accounting to process
Mail checks to vendors
Maintain all the A/P files including copies of all the checks that are distributed
Maintain excel spreadsheet of all paid invoices
Correspond with vendors in regards to accounts payable inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum two years of A/P experience
Bachelor's degree required
Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Self sufficient and dependableExcellent written and verbal communications skills
