Accounts Payable Clerk
Property Management Company located in the Galleria area has 14 properties in five states. The company, which is family owned and operated, has been in business for over 25 years and offers a great opportunity for an individual looking for steady long term employment with good benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Verify proper approval of invoices, coding and data entry for multiple entities into a Peachtree Accounting System accurately and timely Cut checks Research problem invoices Reconcile vendor statements Provide professional customer service to sites and vendors Process 1099's Assist Controller in audit by outside firm Assist Controller in vendor selection and pricing Assist in special projects

Requirements and Skills:
 At least three years of prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred Peachtree or similar software a plus Strong data enty skills and proficient 10 key by touch Detailed-oriented and highly organized Self motivated with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Able to work independently or as part of a team
