Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor

The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient operations of the Accounts Payable function within the ESRC by closely monitoring and managing the daily activities within the department. This would include providing guidance and support to six direct reports handling Accounts Payable, Property Mgmt, Relocation, Expense reimbursements (agents & employees), vendor setups, cash receipts and transmittals, account analysis, and journal entries.

 

This position is also responsible for Accounts Payable strategy and policy, providing Accounts Payable guidance and training to the ESRC field offices, managing the NJ CBRB Cares charitable function.

Qualifications include:Bachelors degree in a business discipline8-10 years prior Accounts Payable experience.  3 years in a supervisory capacityExcellent Oral and written communication skills are required for this position, as it involves constant contact with all levels of employees throughout the company.Good leadership, math, management, and analytical skills are required for this position in order to effectively provide guidance for both direct reports and field personnel.
