We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Accounting Supervisor – Land Lease to join our Finance team in Woburn, MA.

 

Summary:

The Land Lease Accounting Supervisor will oversee Land Lease Accounting Analysts responsible for analyzing and reviewing a high volume of landlord and managed site owner payment histories and corresponding lease agreements to reconcile issues such as missed payments, underpayments/overpayments and to process property tax reimbursements in a timely manner.  The incumbent will perform complex payment reconciliations and negotiate settlements with landlords and managed site owners on payment disputes.  The Supervisor will also be responsible for financial statement analysis, financial audits for landlords and managed site owners, as well as tenant collections and billings.  The incumbent will consistently look for ways to improve our processes and accuracy of data and work with IT and Data Processing to implement changes.   



Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred        At least 3 years work experience in Audit, Accounting or Finance.  Experience in reviewing contracts required. Supervisory experience preferred. Property Tax experience preferred. Oracle experience preferred.
