Accounting Specialist - Payable/Receivable

Residential property management company has immediate finance opening

Duties:

* Prepare work to be processed by gathering, sorting, and organizing data and documents.

* Process and review detail of vendor invoices daily.

* Pay accounts by issuing checks for approved invoices.

* Records deposits.

* Balances bank accounts daily.

* Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in excel.

*Prepares weekly excel reports.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications required:

Intermediate excel and Microsoft word skills

Computer skills

Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

Attention to detail

Organizational skills

General Math Skills

Integrity and pride in work

Able to meet tight deadlines

Able to work with team effectively and respectfully

 

An accounting and excel skills test will be required.
