Premiere Real Estate Investment Fund is looking for a Fund Controller

Major Responsibilities will include:

*Oversee all financial reporting requirements for their private equity fund.

*Provide financial guidance to the Investment and Portfolio Managers.

*Participate in year end audits as well as tax planning/preparation.

*Oversee cash management requirements (fund level cash flows/funding strategies) and evaluate vendors relations.

*Coordinate the annual budget/forecast and planning process.

*Monitor compliance with partnership, debt and management agreements.

*Work closely with the CFO and Portfolio Manager to assess performance benchmarks.

*Train, manage and mentor a professional staff of 10.

Requirements: 8-10 years public or public/private experience, CPA desirable, Real Estate experience a must.
